Temp Finance Assistant (6 months / Healthcare / Entry Level) #HZO - D09 Cairnhill, Orchard, River Valley, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Duration : 6 months

Location : West

Working Hours : Mon - Fri, office hour 830am to 6pm

Salary : $1800

Job Scope :

• Assisting with data entry, which includes input of attendances and billing details into the ILTC Portal for subvention claims;
• Assisting with account receivable tasks such as mailing invoices, tracking payment and following up actively on overdue accounts by sending Statement of Account / reminder letters;
• Ensure proper maintenance of records;
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Reporting Officer.
