Job Description

• Oversee the cafe's daily operations
• Staff training and ensuring teamwork is maintained
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professorially communicating daily with outlet manager
• Show employees how to properly start, use and clean the coffee-making equipment
• Coordinate with vendors and order supplies as needed
• Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
• Ensure a safe work environment
• Monitoring and evaluating staff performance in conjunction with the Café and Bar Manager
