Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate daily operational activities for managed funds.
  • Support onboarding of investors, ensuring KYC / AML documentation complies with MAS guidelines.
  • Liaise with fund administrators, custodians, transfer agents, counterparties, and other service providers to ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Coordinate investor communications, including performance reports, notices and updates, while maintaining high standards of data confidentiality and investor servicing.
  • Review and monitor fund NAVs, assisting in reconciliation and timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Coordinate the calculation, validation and review of management fees, performance fees and fund expenses.
  • Support fund accounting and audit processes in collaboration with external service providers, including review of monthly financial statements prepared by administrators.
  • Assist with ad-hoc research and preparation of materials for investment reports as required.
  • Work with internal teams to provide a high level of service to clients and portfolio managers.
  • Ensure all operational activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements :

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in portfolio management, investment advisory, or asset management.
  • Currently accredited as a Representative by MAS.
  • Experience in fund management under a MAS licence.
  • Solid knowledge of the Securities and Futures Act (SFA) and guidelines issued by relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English.

    • Qualifications :

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA or equivalent are preferred.
