Responsibilities
- Manage daily card access updates and staff card printing
- Handle ex-staff reference checks with confidentiality
- Administer staff referral program and process payments
- Assign electronic signature books for staff
- Manage spot award nominations and distributions
- Review background checks from vendors quarterly
- Conduct quarterly data quality checks in HR system
- Arrange temporary accommodation for staff and handle invoicing
- Support HR operations, compliance, and ad-hoc reporting tasks
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in HR, Business, or related field1–3 years of HR operations / administration experience (shared services preferred)Good knowledge of HR processes and data managementStrong attention to detail and confidentialityProficient in MS Office and HR systemsAble to work independently and in a fast-paced environmentIf you meet the requirements of this role, please email a detailed resume in Word document to Chloe Tan Hui Lin.
