Job Summary

The Regional Sales Lead for SEA will be responsible for all sales of Dairy commodity. The role will take direct responsibility for a few markets / customers. Primary KPI's for the role will include increasing access to customers in the region, meeting sales targets, developing a deep understanding of market demand and pricing.

This role will require a lot of internal coordination with various stakeholders including traders in origins, logistics teams, manufacturing sites as well as product development and innovation teams. Expect to travel at least 30-40% of the time being in the market and getting to understand the customers better.

Key responsibilities :

• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Account Growth : Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell dairy ingredients, aligning solutions with client needs.
• Act as the customer advocate within ofi, aligning stakeholders and coordinating efforts to ensure risks are mitigated and customer needs are met efficiently and effectively
• Market Insights : Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitors to provide actionable insights to clients and the business.
• Negotiation & Contract Management : Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to secure deals that benefit both the company and the client.
• Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (e.g., R&D, supply chain, and production) to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
• Performance Reporting : Track and report on account performance, sales metrics, and client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
