Part-Time Kids Club Operations Crew

We’re looking for friendly, responsible, and energetic Part-Time Operations Crew to support our Kids Club — especially for weekend parties and busy periods. If you enjoy working with children and families in a joyful environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Support weekend birthday parties and special events

• Assist with club operations at the counter (greeting parents, registrations, payments, enquiries)

• Welcome children and families with a warm, friendly attitude

• Help with set-up and clean-up of play areas, party rooms, and activity spaces

• Conduct simple booth activities and assist with crafts or games

• Support light café duties (basic food & drink prep, serving, clearing tables)

• Ensure the club remains clean, safe, and organised throughout operations

Requirements

• Friendly, cheerful, and comfortable interacting with children and parents

• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn

• Able to work weekends (especially Saturday & Sunday)

• Comfortable being on your feet and helping with physical set-up/clean-up

• No prior experience required — training provided

• Experience in kids programmes, events, retail, café, or hospitality is a plus
