Job description

Knotz is an integrated wedding platform with lots of exciting plans for 2024. We're looking for a versatile and motivated individual to be part of our daily operations and growth strategies. The right candidate will be part of our core operations team, working directly with the company founders. Through your work, you'll have the opportunity to not only develop valuable career skills but also make tangible contributions to the success of the business.

The Role

To us, experience is less important than having the right attitude. We want team members who are receptive to constructive feedback, and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. Having said that, your application is more likely to catch our attention if it conveys your experience / interest in at least one of the following :

Weddings and event coordination
Coming up with exciting ideas for fun pop-up events
being hands-on and seeing results from their own ideas and efforts

Ideal Profile

You have experience ideally in Event Marketing / Event Management.

You have prior experience in working with multiple clients.

You are a strong planner with excellent project management and problem-solving skills.

You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
