Roles & Responsibilities

• Position : Admin Assistant (Sales Support / Quotation) - Training Provided
• Location : Tampines Industrial Crescent
• Working hours : Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2500 Basic + 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Manufacturer for Engineering Products

Main Responsibilities :

Handles incoming phone calls, fax and e-mail messages.

Ensure that there is administrative support available to all the employees at any point in time.

Prepare and manage Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery Order, Purchase Order, Goods Receive Note, etc.

Prepare & follow up action items from outstanding sales

Clean up data entry of projects and follow up action items

Ensure all files are organise

Key in bills in purchase tracking book

Scanning, filing and ensure all files are organised

Ensures that the office is kept tidy and well organized at all times (Stocking up on pantry & stationeries)

All Adhoc administrative works where applicable

Requirements :

Min O Level

Administrative experience preferred

Training will be provided
