Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for the Inventory / Purchasing Administrator

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and maintain proper filling of quotations, invoices and delivery notes.
• Ensure timely ordering of goods and services.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time.
• Maintain and update supplier records and relationships.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with vendors.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid project or production delays.
• Manage inventory to always ensure accuracy and availability.
• Plan and execute stock takes (incoming, monthly and year-end).
• Process stock adjustments, returns.
• Supervise incoming goods inspection for defects, surface finish and dimensions.
• Report and handle discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Generate reports on inventory movement, usage trends and stock valuation.
• Support internal and external audits with accurate and documentation.
