Finance Manager (Financial Reporting) - S$ 10,000 (ID : 688073)

Responsibilities :

Manage the preparation of full sets of accounts and facilitate the group’s financial consolidation process.

Ensure accuracy of financial statements for both the company and the group.

Provide guidance on complex accounting matters and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, SFRS).

Lead the implementation of new accounting standards and support process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process.

Support the Group with ESG reporting and related sustainability initiatives.

Collaborate cross-functionally with business units, finance, and management teams to provide insights and support decision-making.

Remain adaptable to changing business needs and take on additional responsibilities beyond core financial reporting duties as required.

Requirements :

Degree in Accountancy or a recognized equivalent professional qualification.

8–10 years of relevant experience; experience with a Big4 audit firm will have added advantageous.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with stakeholders across divisions.

Familiarity with sustainability principles and reporting frameworks (e.g., ISSB, TCFD, GRI) will have added advantageous.
