Roles & Responsibilities

We are partnering with a leading technology organization to hire a DevOps Software Engineer . This role sits within a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and product owners, working on large-scale digital platforms with a focus on governance, risk, and compliance automation . You will play a critical role in building, maintaining, and optimizing infrastructure and deployment processes to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable delivery of applications.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage CI / CD pipelines to improve deployment velocity and reliability.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives using tools such as Terraform for consistent and automated provisioning.
• Enhance observability and monitoring through metrics, logging, and distributed tracing (e.g., Kibana, OpenTelemetry ).
• Ensure platform reliability by setting up monitoring / alerting, automated testing, and performance tuning.
• Integrate DevSecOps practices into CI / CD pipelines to strengthen security and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers on code quality, reviews, and testing.
• Partner with designers, product owners, and analysts to refine solutions and translate technical analysis into user stories.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, tech-sharing, and retrospectives.
