Accounts cum HR Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare full set of financial statements
• Process and manage daily AR, AP, GL functions
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
• Liaise with auditor, tax agent and company secretary
• Able to handle financial and management reporting
• Able to perform tax computations (is a plus), CPF and GST submission
• Payroll/HR duties

Job Requirements:

• ACCA/Diploma/Degree in Accounting
• Min 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in Shipping industry
• Knowledge of Sage ERP/ ACCPAC is a plus
• Independent worker, team player, responsible
• Self-motivated
• Work by Tai Seng MRT
• Monday - Friday
• Flexible hours
• Start ASAP
