Responsibilities

Promote and sell slimming, facial, and hair removal treatments

Provide professional advice on customers’ skin and weight management needs

Assist with facial, slimming, and hair removal treatments if required

Manage front desk tasks, including payment collection and appointment scheduling

Achieving company performance goals

What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales and hands-on facial, slimming, and hair removal treatments

Beauty certificate is an added advantage (training will be provided)

Willingness to learn and develop new skills in slimming, facial, and other beauty services

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers

Ability to provide personalized consultations and recommend suitable treatments based on customers’ needs

Good organizational skills to manage appointments and follow-up with clients

Positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset

Basic computer literacy to manage booking systems and customer records

Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets
