What You'll Do

You’ll be part of a team that ensures our critical infrastructure is always ready. Here’s how you’ll make an impact :

Keep Our Infrastructure Strong

You’ll monitor and maintain essential systems—power, cooling, fire suppression—and ensure everything is clean, organized, and operating at peak performance.

Protect What Matters

You’ll manage physical security, from access control and CCTV to visitor escorting and incident reporting. You’ll help us stay compliant and safe.

Support IT Operations

You’ll assist with system health checks, basic troubleshooting, backups, and user access. You’ll also help document and report on operations to keep everything transparent and traceable.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in IT operations or data centre environments.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure systems and operational workflows.
• Familiarity with physical security protocols and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams and vendors.
• Comfortable working in rotating shifts and responding to critical incidents.
