The Company manages the following leading tour operator brands : Monster Day Tours, Lion Heartlanders and UBE.

The ideal candidate is a hardworking, result-orientated and fun team player who is passionate about the travel and tourism industry, and customer service. The candidate will play a critical role in the daily operations of tours for transit passengers in Singapore. Job Description

  • Managing bookings, registrations, waitlists, and inquiries for transit tours.
  • Maintaining customer service booths at transit terminals, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
  • Ensuring the security and proper maintenance of booth equipment.
  • Escorting passengers to meeting points and coordinating with tour guides.
  • Handling customer feedback and complaints professionally.
  • Compiling daily reports for project managers and supervisors.
  • Attending required training sessions and keeping up to date with new information.
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Studied Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and learn continuously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and tour management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of travel regulations and industry standards.
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written.
  • Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
  • Shift timing : 8am - 6pm including lunch break
