Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Associate Trainee to join our Customer Engagement team for a challenging and immersive 6-month program . This role offers a unique opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of our core platform, Circles , its underlying technology, and its business impact. The successful candidate will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams, as well as Sales teams, to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business value.

Key Responsibilities & Learning Objectives
During this internship, you will be expected to achieve a deep and practical understanding of our products and technology, specifically :
Circles Platform Mastery : Gain a complete understanding of the Circles platform capabilities , including its various features, integrations, and overall architecture. This includes familiarizing yourself with the platform’s future roadmap and strategic direction.Product and Engineering Interaction : Engage in regular interactions with the Product and Engineering team to learn about product features from a technical specification and development perspective.Client Engagement : Gain in-depth understanding of client requirements and craft tailored solutions pertaining to their needs by incorporating Circles platform features.Business Value Translation : Learn how to encapsulate and articulate the business value and commercial benefits of the Circles’ tech stack. This involves business modelling and commercial framework establishment to both establish the value of the Circles platform to clients, as well as the pricing and business impact of engagements to the Circles corporate bottom line.Aspire and Ecosystem Integration : Develop a clear understanding of the Aspire platform / product and how it dovetails with Circles , recognizing the interdependencies and combined business offering, along with ecosystem offerings Circles provides.Ideal Candidate Profile
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.Strong interest in product management, technical operations, or technology consulting.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).Proactive, self-starter who is eager to learn complex technical concepts quickly.Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools will be an advantage (e.g., Monday.com, JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).Strong problem-solving attitude, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and find solutions.Highly adaptable to changes and shifting priorities.Skilled in stakeholder management, able to build trust and influence at both working and management levels.What We Offer

All trainees must fulfil the following criteria :
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and a. Graduated in 2024 or 2025 from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE), or other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); orGraduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025Trainees who complete their studies from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE) or other Educational Institutions within 2025 but will only receive their qualification / certification award in 2026 are eligible for the programme as well.Circles is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
