Quality Director (6 Sigma) Equipment Manufacturing MNC

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is one of the leading players in the Semiconductor sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Quality Director to be part of their Quality team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East – easily accessible.

Responsibilities of Quality Director :

• QMS Strategy & Compliance : Develop and lead the quality strategy in line with business goals. Maintain QMS effectiveness and compliance with ISO and relevant standards.
• Policies & Standards : Set and enforce company-wide quality policies and procedures. Regularly update them to reflect regulatory changes and industry best practices.
• Audits & Certifications : Conduct internal and supplier audits. Ensure compliance with quality standards and maintain all required certifications.
• Supplier Quality : Oversee supplier quality programs. Collaborate with procurement on vendor assessments and material quality requirements.
• Product Assurance : Implement robust quality assurance and testing processes to ensure product specifications and performance expectations are met.
• Performance Monitoring : Define and track key quality KPIs. Report trends and improvement opportunities to senior management.
• Continuous Improvement : Lead improvement initiatives using tools like Six Sigma, SPC, and FMEA to enhance product and process quality.
• Customer Focus : Work closely with sales and business teams to align quality efforts with customer needs. Manage and resolve customer quality concerns promptly.
