Roles & Responsibilities

Professional Experience and Technical Requirements in recent FIVE (5) years : a. Candidates must have a minimum of THREE (3) years of relevant IT Application BA experience. b. Candidates must have attended relevant Cloud Technology training (e.g. AWS, Azure etc.) and process a minimum of ONE (1) year of practical experience implementing Cloud Services. c. Candidates must have worked on at least one project with practical experience in Agile methodologies, tools and delivery. d. Candidates must have a minimum of TWO (2) years of practical experience in data visualization and be proficient in using Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI etc.). 4.2. Professional Competencies and additional evaluation criteria. a. Candidates with strong communication skills. b. Candidates with strong problem solving and analytic abilities. c. Candidates with experience in supporting application operations. d. Candidates with experience in supporting databases (MSSQL, Oracle, Cosmo, Postgres etc.). e. Candidates with experience in Big Data Technology (e.g. Spark, Airflow, Delta Lake etc.) and Tools (e.g. Amazon EMR, Azure Synapse, Databricks etc.).f. Candidates with experience in supporting microservices, DevOps with automated testing, continuous integration, continuous deployment. g. Candidates with experience in supporting IT audit fieldwork. h. Candidates with relevant experience in vendor and contract management, change management / service request management, and problem / incident management. i. Candidates with experience in supporting government projects. j. Candidates with relevant healthcare domain knowledge.
