Key Account Manager - Singapore & ASEAN Region

As we expand our presence, we looking for a motivated Key Account Manager based in Singapore to become a part of our team for the ASEAN region .

We are looking for a performance-driven, customer-centric individual with a strong work ethic and communication skills to join our team as Key Account Manager for the Singapore and ASEAN market . We are seeking a team member who will develop, implement and execute sales plans with customers in order to grow profitable sales and support overall business objectives.

Territories covered : Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam

Tasks

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Work with customers to grow the business, negotiate new business and find new avenues for new product and business development with persistent and organized follow-ups
• Provide insights and market intelligence to the leadership team to inform strategic decision-making.
• Represent the company in Business fairs, conferences, tradeshows
• Travel to visit regional customers for sales and customer satisfaction purposes.
• Monitor international regulations and compliance requirements
• Able to navigate cultural and legal differences and expectations of local regional customers
• Providing regular MIS reports and updates on sales performance, customer engagement, and market trends to the Senior Management
• Develop deep customer relationships at all levels, through intensive networking and providing best in class customer experience.
