Job Description
Manage end-to-end SAP HCM support and change initiative s, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Provide advanced functional expertise in SAP HCM modules , resolving issues efficiently and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.Develop, configure, and troubleshoot Payroll and / or Time Evaluation schemas and PCRs.Work closely with HR and business teams to identify challenges and propose process or system enhancements.Oversee integrations between SAP and external systems to ensure smooth and accurate data exchange.Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal control standards.The Successful Applicant
Min 6 years of SAP HCM functional consulting experience with hands-on Payroll and / or Time Evaluation configuration.Strong knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements (CPF, SDL, SHG, IRAS) and ability to design / modify schemas and PCRs.Familiar with Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, GL payroll posting, and Time management rules.Skilled in analysis, documentation, problem-solving, ABAP debugging, and working both independently and collaboratively.What's on Offer
