JobResponsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails on customer orders in atimely manner
- Process sales order, deliverynotes, invoices, quotations, debit notes and creditnotes
- Plan and coordinate daily deliveries andcollections
- Liaise and update customers on anybackorders, contracts etc
- Work closely withinternal stakeholders e.g Warehouse, Operations, Sales, Engineeringand Finance teams to resolve customer issues
- Follow up with customers on outstanding invoicepayment
- Provide administrative support, as andwhen required
JobRequirements
- MinimumNitec / Diploma in Business / Supply Chain / Logistics orequivalent
- Good interpersonal andcommunication skills
- Some experience iscustomer service / logistics will be advantageous though notrequired
