Procurement Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Maintaining relationships with existing mining companies and suppliers of other categories;
• Manage black metals related physical and derivatives trading risks stringently in accordance to company compliance and risk management policies;
• Procurement of imported Iron Ore,etc.
• Explore potential clientele or iron ore related business activities.
• Collection and analysis of Iron Ore market information.
• Develop and implement key Iron Ore sourcing / origination strategies to actively broaden the supplier base.
• Working with the Iron Ore sales and operations team to gain understanding of market intelligence and providing intelligence to the research team to form trading strategies.
• Support quotation screening, contract negotiations, and contract execution based on group requirements, ensuring full-cycle follow-up until final payment settlement;
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor degree or above, international trade, business English related professional.

At least 6 years' experience in business operations in the field of international trade is preferred, especially with experience in raw materials; experience in market development, customer maintenance, or order tracking is a plus.

Familiar with the procurement, sales and logistics of Iron Ore is a plus.
