The

Role : Manage all

incoming / outgoing shipments and ensure documentation accuracy,

compliance, and timely submission.

Perform and

update system transactions in SAP, including production orders,

inventory, and RMA.

Maintain and archive

shipment documents, stock count sheets, and discrepancy

reports.

Collaborate with warehouse and

internal teams to support operational priorities.

Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and arrange

local deliveries.

Oversee inventory accuracy

through stock counts, NEA reporting, and discrepancy

tracking.

Handle purchase of indirect

materials and generate delivery notes as required.

Ensure housekeeping, safety, and continuous improvement

of logistics

processes.

Requirement

At least 1 year of working experience in logistics

industry
