Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated team member to join our team. As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant, and ensure that customers have great dining experience.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet guests with a smile
- Assists with customer enquiries promptly i.e ordering of drinks
- Prepare mise en place and drinks for service
- Receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies validity of charges, records charges
- Ensure that the outlet is neat and tidy at all times
- Outlet cleaning and set-up to get ready for operations
- Ensure tables, flooring, station cleanliness before and during operations
- Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards
- Update guests about current and upcoming promotions
- Knowledge on menu especially on potential food allergens
