Contract duration – 12 months [renewable]
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Align technology initiatives with business needs and vision.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, technology teams, and architects to define delivery roadmap and architecture.
- Elicit and review business requirements for enterprise-wide AML investigation workflow solutions.
- Document “to-be” business and operational processes; perform impact assessments.
- Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements and transition them to technology teams.
- Support funding requests, ensuring alignment with strategy and roadmap.
- Monitor and manage risks / issues related to requirements and scope.
- Work with security teams to incorporate security requirements.
- Translate business requirements into test strategies and approaches.
- Support resolution of escalated test findings and assess change requests for impact.
- Ensure governance and methodology compliance for technology-led projects.
- Maintain knowledge within the team through documentation and training sessions.
Requirements
Over 10 years of relevant experience in banking or equivalent.Strong understanding of AML investigation, KYC principles, and related compliance areas (e.g., CFT, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Fraud).Knowledge of global regulatory environment and KYC developments.Familiarity with change management and project management fundamentals.Experience in scoping and evaluation, considering scalability, cost, and risk.Workflow platform experience preferred; knowledge of Actimize, Detica, or Quantexa is a plus.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills.Understanding of technology and operational processes across banking functions.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to manage ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and drive collaboration.Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Passionate, resourceful, and adaptable team player.Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Technology, Business, Finance, or equivalent.Next Step :
