Clinic Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Registration of patients, scheduling appointments, dispensing medications and consumables and payment collection
• General administrative duties in the clinic assigned by the clinic supervisor / manager
• Updating of medical billings / invoices
• Responsible for monthly stock-taking of drugs and consumables
• Assisting Doctor in providing treatment and medical examination
• Other duties as assigned by the doctor from time to time.
