Senior Shipping Officer / Logistic Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary :

• Basic Salary : $2600 to $3200
• Working Hours : Monday - Friday (8.30am-6.15pm)
• Working Location : Boon Lay (Company transport provided at Jurong East)
• Paid Overtime and Annual Leave
• Annual Wage Supplement and Sign-on Bonus

Job Responsibilities :

1. Focal point for all shipment inquires (inbound and outbound)

2. Internal co-ordination to ensure order fulfilment

3. Liaise with Forwarders and Transporters to meet customer’s shipment delivery and collection requirement.

4. Oversee shipping arrangement, cargo release and shipment closure activities

5. Customer complaint management

6. Timely delivery of accurate reports and information to customer and superior.

7. Understand and comply to all related operating processes.

8. System transaction for receiving and order fulfilment activities.

9. Preparation for Pick list

10. Documentation and record retention per established requirement.

11. Ensure Work Safety, Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Quality Policy and Procedures meet in workplace.

12. Ensure warehouse housekeeping up to 5S standard.
