Finance Director / CFO

We are representing our client, a food manufacturer, to look for this position.

You would lead the setup of the finance function including team, reporting, planning, cash management, operation, systems, and policies across the company. You would also set the overall financial strategy of the company to support business and drive desired growth.

Responsibilities

• Part of the company's leadership team, build & lead the finance function, including for the company's subsidiaries
• Manage all aspects of finance and accounting, including the cost accounting function
• Set up effective internal controls to ensure compliance with relevant international and national accounting standards
• Assist the company in the various fundraising processes, equity, and debt
• Partner with the company’s financial advisor(s) to ensure effectiveness in the fundraising processes
• Work closely with actual and potential debt and equity investors, to provide relevant information, including on past financials, future projections, and the company’s capital structure
• Develop, implement, and oversee effective systems for consolidation of financials across the company and its subsidiaries
• Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities
• Support and work with other functions, including HR, Digitalization, and Project Management on all matters related to finance including the building of effective financial systems, reporting, and planning; develop an attitude in the finance team to work closely with and support colleagues in other functions
