Roles & Responsibilities

An M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing M&E works at project

sites. Their responsibilities typically include :

  • Leading a team of M&E sub-contractors to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinating with sub-contractors to ensure smooth scheduling and progress of M&E

works.

  • Monitoring daily operations and ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and

    • safety regulations.

  • Attending meetings and reporting progress to the main office on a weekly basis.
  • Requesting materials in advance and planning delivery schedules accordingly.
  • Ensuring quality control by conducting inspections and tests as per project requirements.
  • Maintaining safety standards and implementing good housekeeping practices.
