About Pearly Lustre

Pearly Lustre is a proudly Singaporean jewelry brand, recognised for its elegant pearl creations that combine timeless craftsmanship with contemporary design. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Operations & Production Administrator to support our production and supply chain team with strong administrative, analytical, and organisational skills.

Role Overview

You will provide critical administrative and operational support to ensure smooth production processes, accurate data management, and timely coordination between departments. This role requires strong computer skills, numerical ability, and attention to detail, as you will be managing records, analysing data, and assisting with scheduling and materials control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for production scheduling, work orders, and inventory tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records of Bill of Materials (BOMs), stock movement, and production documentation.
  • Generate and update ERP / Excel reports for production and materials usage.
  • Assist in monitoring raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory levels.
  • Support procurement and logistics teams with data entry, documentation, and supplier coordination.
  • Analyse data trends on material usage, wastage, and order fulfilment for reporting purposes.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication across production, logistics, and sales teams.
  • Support process improvements and help identify efficiency opportunities in operations.

Requirements & Competencies

  • Minimum 3 years of continuous administrative experience in one company.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, and ideally ERP systems).
  • Good numerical and analytical ability with attention to detail.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive problem solver with a willingness to learn and adapt.
