Responsibilities :
- Prepare and submit tender proposals, including cost estimates, bill of quantities, and pricing schedules.
- Review and analyze project specifications and drawings to accurately determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop accurate and competitive tender submissions.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for tender preparation.
- Compile and submit quotations for projects, including all necessary materials and services.
- Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Accurately certify and validate progress claims submitted by contractors.
- Take responsibility for managing the final account.
Requirements
