A Day in the Life :

Oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of a diverse range of events and campaigns
Develop and maintain effective project plans and status reports to keep stakeholders informed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence and of highest standards
Effectively manage project resources, timelines, and budgets to meet client expectations
Identify and mitigate risks, implement contingency plans and proactively addressing any issues to ensure seamless project delivery
Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact and providing exceptional customer service.
Maintain clear and frequent communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Continuously seek ways to improve processes and efficiencies within the project management function
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the project management team

What We Are Looking For :

Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Event Management, or a related field is preferred

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the event management or Advertising, Arts & Media industry

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget

Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders at all levels

Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Passionate about delivery exceptional results and driving continuous improvement
