Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage daily cleaning operations across assigned sites.
- Deploy manpower effectively to ensure sufficient coverage at all locations.
- Train and monitor site cleaners to ensure cleaning standards and safety procedures are followed.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain service quality.
- Handle client feedback and resolve complaints or operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with HR for manpower planning, leave, and replacement arrangements.
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; liaise with vendors as required.
- Prepare operational reports and update management regularly.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations.
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma in related field is an advantage.At least 3 years of relevant experience in cleaning operations or facilities management.Prior supervisory experience preferred.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work independently and manage a team.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).Tell employers what skills you have
