Responsibilities

Deal Sourcing & Evaluation

Conduct industry and market research to identify investment opportunities. Evaluate potential investments through financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence. Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Transaction Execution

Support deal structuring, negotiation, and execution processes. Coordinate with legal, financial, and technical advisors during due diligence.

Portfolio Management

Monitor portfoliopany performance and support value creation initiatives. Assist in strategic planning, budgeting, and operational improvements. Prepare quarterly reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
