Job descriptionHigher NITEC or NTC 2 in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, equivalent At least 2 years relevant working experience. Able to carry out trouble shooting and minor repairs to building and M & E works
Responsibilities :
- Handle and manage Condominiums.
- Carry out trouble shooting and minor repairs to building works and M & E works including air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing and fire protection system
- Supervision of term contractors in repair and testing of M & E services
