Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured Mathematics lessons tailored to students’ needs.
• Develop engaging teaching materials, practice worksheets, and assessment tools.
• Mark students’ work promptly and provide constructive feedback.
• Track and report student progress, preparing detailed progress reports each semester.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents to support each child’s academic growth.
• Conduct small-group or one-to-one sessions when necessary to reinforce understanding.
• Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum enhancement and lesson design.
• Participate in open houses, workshops, or marketing events as an ambassador of the school.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Academic Director.
