Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Scope :

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, or company policies.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, requests, complaints, or technical support.
  • Record details of customer interactions and update systems accordingly.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments for follow-up.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company service standards.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues when necessary

Requirements :

  • Result-oriented, able to multi-task, and committed to delivering service excellence.
  • Open to both shift and non-shift work arrangements.
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a call centre or telesales environment within the service industry is ideal.
  • Commit 1 year
