📍 Location : Kaki Bukit

🕒 Working Hours : 5.5-day week (Mon–Fri full day, Sat half-day)

💰 Salary : Basic up to $3,300 + Variable Bonus

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and meticulous QA Assistant / Executive to join our team and grow with us. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving food safety and quality standards across our Central Kitchen and outlets (both local and overseas).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and management of food safety programmes (HACCP & ISO 22000).
• Conduct regular inspections at Central Kitchen and outlets.
• Support training of staff in SOPs, food hygiene, and food handling techniques.
• Assist in QA testing programmes and new product development.
• Investigate and resolve feedback from customers, outlets, and Central Kitchen.
• Ensure SOPs are adhered to across operations.
• Liaise with vendors / contractors on QA-related maintenance matters.
