Porsche Asia Pacific is hiring a
Senior Specialist / Manager Customer Experience
to be part of the regional Marketing team, reporting to the
Senior Manager Brand & Customer Experience .
Porsche Asia Pacific Pte Ltd commenced operations on October 1st, 2001, supporting importers and dealers across 13 countries including Brunei, Cambodia, French Polynesia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mongolia, New Caledonia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Responsibilities
Implement strategies to enhance the digital and physical customer journey, from brand discovery to post-purchase, ensuring alignment with Porsche's commitment to excellence and customer excitement.
Manage regional Customer Experience KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
Support regional adoption of transformation initiatives, including customer onboarding, service standards, and best practices.
Develop omni-channel programs to retain, upgrade, and attract customers.
Analyze customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate customer service standards, processes, and communications across markets.
Lead customer experience projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, management, or relevant field.
5+ years of relevant experience in luxury automotive, premium hospitality, or related industries.
Strong project management, data analysis skills, and familiarity with technology and systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a motivated team player.
Fluency in English; additional regional languages advantageous.
Willingness to work in a multicultural environment with occasional travel within Asia Pacific and Europe.
