Roles & Responsibilities

• Forwarder Management : Track and evaluate forwarder performance to ensure service quality.
• Invoice Resolution : Collaborate with Finance to resolve invoicing issues related to repairs and shipments.
• Repair Discrepancy Handling : Address discrepancies in ARC, quantity, and part numbers; consolidate and report issues.
• Procurement Support : Raise and close Purchase Requisites (PR); manage related documentation and follow-ups.
• Shipment Logistics : Arrange pickup and delivery of repaired parts and engines with forwarders and internal SAESL teams.
• Documentation : Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Packing Operations : Assist in packing and unpacking shipments when necessary.
