Responsibilities
Proactively generating and converting catering sales
leads to maximise revenue for Banquet and F&B
outlets.
To identify new markets and business
opportunities and working towards closing sales.
Developing and implementing game plan strategies in
achieving sales target set
Preparation of
proposals for clients and follow through until confirmation or
cancellation is received.
To organize hotel
and banqueting facilities familiarization tours for clients and
potential customers.
To prepare event orders
for banquet meeting and ensure all special requirements are
communicated to the service staff.
Monitor and
assist in coordinating banquet functions / services on daily
basis.
To maintain relationships with function
guests and gather
feedback.
Job
Requirements
At least
3 years of experience in similar capacity.
Ability to work independently or as part of a
team
