As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Singapore office and seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Admin & Operations Associate to join our team.

✨ Job Description

As an Admin & Operations Associate, you will play a dual role in supporting daily administrative tasks and driving our e-commerce presence. You will help keep our operations running smoothly while ensuring our online platforms deliver delightful shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative duties such as document filing, expense claims, scheduling, and office coordination.
  • Manage publish content on e-commerce platforms (all content will be provided by our Marketing team — no content creation required).
  • Ensure product descriptions, images, and promotions are uploaded accurately and on time.
  • Process online orders, coordinate local packing, and arrange timely deliveries.
  • Monitor stock levels, prepare replenishment requests, and liaise with warehouse / logistics.
  • Provide sales reports, order tracking, and support management with operational data.
  • Collaborate with the McHugs team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma / NITEC or above in Business, Administration, E-commerce, or related fields (fresh grads welcome).
  • Prior experience in admin, e-commerce operations, or logistics coordination preferred (training provided).
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • Responsible, independent, and proactive with a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • ⏰ Working Hours & Location

  • 5-day work week (Mon–Fri, office hours).
  • Location : Singapore (office + occasional retail / warehouse coordination).
  • Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary : S$2,500 – S$3,000 (depending on experience).
