Job description
Duties & Responsibilities :
Organize, maintain, and update training records for all employees.
Coordinate and facilitate compliance training for new hires.
Familiarity with CoreTrade booking for BCA is an advantage.
Provide administrative support for HR-related functions.
Monitor and manage dormitory records for the supervisors.
Coordinate and oversee stationery inventory , requisition, and distribution.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned within the HR department.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
Diploma in business administration
