About the job
This role will lead a team of 4 to manage the HR generalist activities for the Singapore office. The job scope includes but not limited to :
- Oversee systems and processes for BAU tasks (e.g. payroll, onboarding, offboarding, promotions, increments, performance reviews) with minimal errors
- Regularly review HR systems and software to ensure relevance and alignment with organizational needs
- Lead group-wide payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments
- Manage HR programs such as record-keeping and employee file maintenance
- Implement and manage staff engagement surveys
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, government regulations, and affirmative action plans
- Support HR business partnering activities, including manpower planning, hiring, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Implement and maintain staff development modules across different levels
- Enhance performance review processes to integrate with personalized development and goal-setting plans for each employee
