Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • 1 month Contract role (To be start on 1st October 2025)
  • Entry Level
  • Kallang Area

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct outbound calls to invite targeted contacts to the event
  • Follow up on email invitations and registration leads
  • Update and maintain RSVP lists and CRM records
  • Answer basic event-related queries or route them to the internal team
  • Provide weekly status updates and call feedback summaries

    • Requirements :

  • Good communication skill
