Roles & Responsibilities

Qahwa Trading Pte Ltd is the brand owner of Daddy De Clieu Coffee Capsules and Authorised Reseller for Caffenu Coffee Maintainence and Cleaning Products.

1) Manage order fulfillment on our various E-Commerce Platforms - Shopee, Lazada, Shopify

• Pick and Pack orders correctly and promptly per designated shipping datelines

2) Create an inventory management plan

3) Update inventory records on ecommerce sites accurately

4) Update and maintain product listings and brand store

5) Respond to customer queries on product information, manage returns / refunds

6) Liase with marketing agency for content creation and social media posting
