Explore and secure new business

opportunities within the freight forwarding industry, utilizing

industry expertise and insights into specific sectors.

Proactively target and convert potential clients into

long-term, loyal partnerships.

Establish and

maintain strong relationships with key accounts to enhance customer

satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers,

addressing concerns and ensuring superior service

delivery.

Perform in-depth market research to

identify trends, evaluate competitive landscapes, and develop

actionable strategies for market penetration.

Stay informed about regulatory updates, trade practices,

and economic factors impacting the freight forwarding

sector.

Develop and implement strategic sales

plans to achieve and surpass revenue and profitability

objectives.

Align individual sales initiatives

with organizational goals and market trends.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and

customer service, to ensure the smooth delivery of customized

freight solutions.

Deliver accurate sales

forecasts, detailed performance reports, and actionable market

feedback to senior management.

Conduct

in-person client meetings and participate in industry events to
