Roles & Responsibilities
The Office of Patient Experience plays an important role in ensuring that our patients have a positive experience during their journey with us.
We are seeking a self-driven individual with a passion to serve to join us. You will be part of the patient experience team to attend to patients’ feedback, which includes seeking inputs from stakeholders, communicating findings, and drafting replies.
In addition, you will be involved in the recruitment of volunteers and service quality related projects to promote service culture in NHCS.
Job Requirements and Attributes
Documented proof of : (i) Measles (or MMR - Mumps, Measles and Rubella) vaccination or serological evidence of measles immunity; and (ii) Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis) vaccination received within the last 10 years, as required for all healthcare workers under the Healthcare Services Act.
Applicants without these vaccinations may apply if they commit to completing the required vaccination(s) before work commencement, upon successful job offer. We regret that only applicants who have been fully vaccinated for Covid-19 (according to MOH’s definitions) will be considered due to exposure risk.
