Senior Business Development Executive (Wellness, Skincare & Aromatherapy)

What You'll Do

Lead and drive business development strategies to expand company growth

Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships with corporate clients, distributors, and wellness partners

Develop proposals and pitch presentations that influence key stakeholders

Mentor and guide junior business development executives to achieve team targets

Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to propose long-term growth strategies

Work directly with management on expansion plans, market entry, and client retention strategies

What We're Looking For

Proven senior-level experience in business development, corporate sales, or partnerships

Strong leadership, negotiation, and networking skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with influence at decision-maker level

Strategic thinker with solid business acumen and a results-driven approach

Passion for wellness, skincare, or aromatherapy is a strong advantage
