Automation Engineer

Purpose : To design, develop, and implement automation solutions for system integration and machine assembly processes to enhance productivity, minimize human errors, and ensure high-quality outputs. The role will focus on leveraging AI and robotics to achieve automated assembly and inspection solutions.

Key Area of Responsibilities :

• Design and implement robotic systems for automated assembly processes.
• Develop AI-driven solutions for process optimization and defect detection.
• Evaluate current manufacturing processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into existing workflows.
• Integrate robotics and AI systems with MES systems for real-time monitoring and control.
• Ensure seamless communication between automation systems and other manufacturing tools.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with automation systems, including robotic arms and AI algorithms.
• Conduct regular maintenance to ensure system reliability and minimize downtime.
• Train technicians and operators on the use of automated systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides.
• Ensure automation solutions comply with industry safety standards and company policies.
• Perform risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement safeguards.
